1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the following locations:

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Orders are only processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on the destination

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Orders:

    • Standard Shipping: Free Shipping on orders above ₹1000

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available). You can track your order directly from the shipping carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving the confirmation email.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Customs Duties and Taxes: For international orders, customs duties and taxes may be applied once the shipment reaches your country. You are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered safely, occasionally, packages may get lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact our customer service team at dakshafashion143@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the package.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and either send you a replacement or issue a refund if necessary.

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible to correct it before the order is shipped.

  • Return Shipping: If you need to return a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product).
  • Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
