Refund and Return Policy for Daksha Fashion

At Daksha Fashion, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Below is our Refund and Return Policy, which outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Final sale items
    • Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”
    • Underwear or innerwear for hygiene reasons

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at dakshafashion143@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return. Our customer support team will guide you through the process.
  2. Return Authorization: You will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
    • Please note that the cost of return shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product or size, please return the item you received and place a new order.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within  7 days of receiving the item. We will issue a full refund or provide a replacement at no extra cost to you, including the return shipping costs.
  • We may request photos of the damage or defect before proceeding with a refund or replacement.

6. Lost or Undelivered Items

  • If your order is lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
  • We are not responsible for lost or undelivered items that were marked as delivered by the carrier or for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting the refund.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
